What type of work would you prefer to do?

A manual job where your hands might get dirty sometimes. An office job with a fixed place of work. Preferably a relaxed job without rules, which is easy to do from home.

Could you imagine starting work at 6:00 AM every day?

Sure, at least I’ll be home by two-thirty. I guess so. No, there’s no way I’m getting out of bed so early.

Do you like working on a team?

Yes. Well, if I get along with the others right away... No.

Are you looking for a job where you can stay in close proximity to home?

Yes, it would be great if I could just work right from home. Leaning towards yes. Leaning towards no. No way, I want to be as far from home as possible.

What do you expect from Magna as a company that offers training?

That I have capable and friendly instructors. That I am provided with a state-of-the-art training workshop. That I’ll be paid well and on time. All three of the above. I’d be happy to find a suitable apprenticeship at all.

What amount of work do you anticipate for yourself at Magna?

The more, the better. It would be best to have a fairly balanced amount. A little is enough for me so I can chill out.

During your apprenticeship at Magna, what would you like to do?

Team projects with other apprentices, where we work together as much as possible. I would like to be involved in normal day-to-day work as much as possible. Learn as much as I can about work outside my specialty as well. All three of the above. I just don’t want anybody to annoy me with things all the time.

What should be absolutely the most important factor for career advancement in your opinion?

Seniority in the company. Commitment and willingness to achieve. Whether I know the boss.

How willing are you to advance your education outside of work?

If the work is right, then of course I would be ready to do it. Only if it is absolutely necessary... Not at all, free time is life time.

After your apprenticeship, would you like to stay at your training company?

Yes. I don’t know yet. No.
